Sue's daughter has been in very bad car accident and it is touchy right now. Please lend your hearts in prayer for her and her family dear saints.
The baby (Kaylea Ann - Picture Here has pertussas (whopping cough) and has not had vaccination for it yet? My son has pnmonia (sp?), anemic and maybe petussas also. the baby is struggle also from acid-reflux, and just stops breathing. she is in isolation and on oxygen. we are looking at weeks in the hospital again. please continue to pray for kaylea ann. thanks and God bless you all~

Dear sisters and brothers in Christ, An update on my friends daughter Tina, she has a broken neck due to someone rear ending her stopped car as she waited for a school bus to drop off children. The driver of the other car has no license. The brake is like Christopher Reeves but she is not paralyzed yet. The hospital had released her with a neck collar after 15 hours of laying on a gurney! Sent her home and told her do not move her neck because the bones might move ! Well they moved and she is in the hospital where she should have been all along. She is in proper traction now. Keep her in your prayers as the Drs. decoded what is the next action to take in her treatment. Thank you fellow prayer warriors. In Jesus Love and Mine. Kay

Jake came home tonight , a week early. He has to take some IV antibiotics for 5 more days, I can handle that. He is glad to be home. He'll go back next Fri. for another bone marrow test.
Nicole will be flying in next Thurs. for a few days. She can stay with her brother and I can work next weekend. Jean is here too and has been a great help.
Still no word about the blood test for a donor match.

Please pray for Bob Harkins, he has a fever of 101.8 and they will be seeing a Dr. this afternoon. They are concerned because of what happened last year, he became very ill and he had no symptoms, just a low grade fever.

Just received an e-mail from Vickie and she had bad and good new. She has pneumonia but doctors are not to concerned, as they caught it early.
Good news her stem cells from her brother are growing and multiplying.

Valdo is on the Gooding hospital with fluid on his lungs. lets pray for God's will for him, hopefully that means healing.

Jake is doing much better. He is out of the woods for this intestinal crisis. Although he is still not allowed to have food or drink, probably for another week. He is getting antibiotics, and all his nutrients by IV.
More good news, he had been receiving blood and platelets until today. Today his blood counts were up enough that he didn't need them.
His nurse, this evening, thinks he has been through the worst for now and we should see improvement from here. He is still getting a fever almost everyday, for which he gets antibiotics.
He is up for phone calls now. (208 381 2937)
As for me I am doing okay. "My God shall supply all (my) need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus"

Andrea sent out a report that Jake is experiencing considerable abdominal pain, a side effect of the chemo. Please pray that it will heal quickly and not cause a perforated bowel. Surgery in his weakened condition would not be good.

Michael Bryan has not been able to keep food down for a couple days, they will take him to the Dr. tomorrow for tests.
Maxine Keller, who is living at Gooding Rehab, has been running a fever and has pneumonia in one lung.

I have an urgent request for prayer. Your prayers can make a difference. I am an Army Baptist Chaplin in Iraq. I'm am sure you will be moved by this request even if you do not personally know anyone involved. Thank you in advance for your faithful prayers in this matter.
As a transportation battalion, my unit will be delivering the voting machines and the ballots to villages and cities throughout Iraq during the upcoming elections. (January 30/31) Our convoys are prime targets for the insurgents because they do not want the equipment to arrive at the polling stations nor do they want the local Iraqi citizens to have the chance to vote; timely delivery must occur so that the elections occur. Encourage your friends and family members and those within our churches to pray specifically for the electoral process. Historically, the previous totalitarian regime would not allow individual citizens to vote. Democracy will not be realized in Iraq if intelligent and competent officials are not elected to those strategic leadership positions within the emerging government; freedom will not have an opportunity to ring throughout this country if the voting process fails.
Announce this prayer request to your contacts throughout your churches, neighborhoods, and places of business. Those with leadership roles within the local church post this message in as many newsletters and bulletins as possible. There is unlimited potential for God's presence in this process but if we do not pray then our enemy will prevail (See Ephesians 6:10-17) A prayer vigil prior to the end of the month may be an innovative opportunity for those within your sphere of influence to pray. This is a political battle that needs spiritual intervention. A powerful story about God's intervention in the lives of David's mighty men is recorded in 2 Samuel 23:8-33. David and his warriors were victorious because of God's intervention. We want to overcome those who would stand in the way of freedom. David's mighty men triumphed over incredible odds and stood their ground and were victorious over the enemies of Israel. (Iraqi insurgents' vs God's praying people). They don't stand a chance.
I will pray with my soldiers before they leave on their convoys and move outside our installation gates here at Tallil. My soldiers are at the nerve center of the logistic operation to deliver the voting machines and election ballots. They will be driving to and entering the arena of the enemy. This is not a game for them it is a historical mission that is extremely dangerous. No voting machines or ballots. No elections. Your prayer support and God's intervention are needed to give democracy a chance in this war torn country. Thank you for reading this e-mail. Please give this e-mail a wide dissemination.

Scott's mother's cancer count has doubled recently and she begins her chemo treatments - I ask prayers
Ty had his surgery on Friday and they removed the spleen. They are waiting for the pathology report of what the tumors were.
Jake started a 7 day chemo treatment last Thursday for acute myelogenous leukemia. He is in St. Luke's in Boise and will be there for a month. He probably will be home a few days before they start the next round of chemo. Jean has come home (or will be soon) and asked especially that we pray (and fast if you feel led) on Tues. for Jake especially that his heart will be turned to the Lord and he will "fall in love with Jesus". Also that God will be Glorified in all this.
Ethel's funeral will be Thursday. Let's pray for a blessed time as the family all gathers and safe travels.
Pray for Denny Hall's daughter, we don't know what about. Ask God for the Lord's intersession to pray the right thing.

April hasn't been able to find any relief from the pain in her neck injury.
Sinthea ask that we pray for gary who is having a transplant; his nephew also, as he is the donor. Please continue to pray for Kim's conviction and faith. Please pray for Bethany and Savannah who are sick and recovery seems to be slow. They are mother and daughter. Also pray for Jason (husband/father), I'm sure he could use strength in helping them heal. Also needing prayer is Gina in Washington who is an alcoholic. She has just gone through 7 days of detox, but is not able to get into treatment for at least a week and is returning to the same environment. She has five children ranging in ages 2-13. Karen and Dave Butler will be traveling to Hawaii and are asking for travel mercies since they will be changing planes in Southern California. Please pray for my sister-in-law Colleen who has breast cancer (They live in Roseburg, OR). She only has a few days to live; also please pray for my brother Jim. Thank you everyone,

Kathy (Kay) ask for prayers as she feels she is under attack spiritually Marilyn of Pocatello has been found to have large growth on her lungs - she's felt sick for awhile and believes it very likely to be cancerous; awaiting results now. Steve ask for prayers for Kim's salvation, that she might surrender to our Lord during her current struggles Vicki's son needs prayers in his struggles over spiritual bondage; also pray for Vicki in her struggles Andrea and her family really need prayer; Yesterday, she found out that her youngest son, Jake has leukemia. The other kids are testing to see if they are matches so that they can donate to him. Andrea has faced many losses of her dear ones recently and prayers to life up her and her family, that He keep them under His wing through all this is very much needed. THANK YOU. Ethel Stokes fell on Sunday, but didn't tell any one. Then her back started hurting and tonight she was taken to the hospital by ambulance in a great deal of pain.
Praise the Lord, Ty Jones does not have lymphoma. He does have a growth on his spleen and they are planning to take it out in Salt Lake some day next week (they don't know when yet) and hopefully find out if it is cancer or not.
They want us to keep on praying hard.
